Role Overview - As a Biology PhD contractor, you will work closely with our team to design, draft, and review high-quality experiments around AI's capabilities to support scientific research. Your contributions will directly shape how leading AI models are measured and fine-tuned in biology-related domains. What You'll Do - Create and validate complex, research-level biology protocols and experiments. - Work directly with leading AI researchers and other scientists to investigate frontier model capabilities. - Contribute ideas for experimental protocols or test data. What We're Looking For - PhD (or ABD) in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cell Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field. - Individuals with significant applied science research experience in life sciences are strongly encouraged to apply Compensation & Terms - 65 - 100 $ per hour, contract role, with flexible hours. - Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Full-time (options) - Preferred Work Location is Bay Area California, though work is remote.
