Annual compensation between $82,000 - $97,000, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary incentive.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions
The Data Informatics Analyst advances data‑driven decision‑making by transforming complex clinical and payer datasets into clear insights while serving as a key expert in data models, architecture, and governance. The role evaluates and enhances the data ecosystem, leads analytical initiatives, and ensures data quality through root‑cause analysis and strong documentation practices. With deep technical skill in SQL, data modeling, and scalable reporting, the analyst develops automated solutions, influences cross‑functional stakeholders, and contributes to the evolution of enterprise data architecture—all while managing multiple initiatives to deliver timely, high‑impact results.
- Data Strategy, Insights, and Stakeholder Impact
- Drive data‑informed decision‑making by delivering actionable insights from clinical management and payer datasets, translating complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
- Lead intake, prioritization, and execution of data initiatives aligned with business objectives while influencing cross‑functional stakeholders through effective data storytelling.
- Data Architecture, Modeling, and Governance
- Own, document, and evolve enterprise data architecture, including application data models, lineage, system data flows, and reverse engineering of legacy data structures.
- Establish and reinforce best practices for data governance, quality, compliance, and documentation, serving as a subject matter expert on underlying data ecosystems.
- Data Quality, Reporting, and Operational Excellence
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues through root‑cause analysis, solution design, and continuous monitoring.
- Design, optimize, and automate scalable SQL‑driven reporting and monitoring solutions while managing multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Who You Are
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR 5+ years equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience querying and managing large datasets using SQL (including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization)
- Extremely motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
- Understanding of data warehouse technical architectures and data modeling.
- Experience with relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server) including stored procedures and query optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience ensuring data quality through validation, auditing, and troubleshooting processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative data workflows
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

Working Conditions:

- Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
- High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting) required.
- Frequent use of computer and phone systems
- Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary, sitting position, communicate and exchange information with others, inspect information, perform repetitive motions with arms and fingers, interpret data, problem solve, make decisions, organize and plan, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.
