Role Overview
The Transcriptomics & Epigenomics Scientist will integrate gene expression and regulatory data into the Knowledge Graph, ensuring that biological context such as tissue type, cell state, and temporal dynamics are accurately represented.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate bulk and single-cell RNA-seq datasets
- Incorporate epigenomic data (ATAC-seq, DNA methylation, chromatin accessibility)
- Model tissue-, age-, and disease-specific gene expression patterns
- Support context-aware biological inference within the Digital Twin
- Collaborate with Cell Biology and Systems Biology teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Genomics, Epigenetics, Computational Biology or related field is strongly preferred
- Experience analyzing bulk and single-cell transcriptomic data
Core Skills & Tools
- scRNA-seq analysis (e.g., Scanpy, Seurat)
- Regulatory genomics and expression modeling
