The Cancer Support Services Coordinator performs, facilitates and provides assistance to programs within the cancer support services. The position supports the navigation team with multidisciplinary team initiatives to include, but not limited to, Survivorship, Distress Screening Tool, Oncology Navigation, Support Groups, Community Outreach and Integrative Medicine. This position requires collaboration with interdepartmental teams and leadership. The role is a part of a team that monitors compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.
The Cancer Support Services Coordinator assists the navigation team by performing nonclinical administrative tasks and organizational tracking for delivery/population of the survivorship care plan, the distress screening tool, quality improvements, quality studies, data analytics and metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Must have working-level knowledge of English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. A bachelor's degree in a related area of healthcare is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum three (3) years of related experience preferred,
Healthcare related certifications are preferred
Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
