This role offers the opportunity to:
- Lead nursing strategy and operations across the oncology continuum of care
- Partner closely with physician and executive leadership
- Drive quality outcomes, patient experience, and operational excellence

Highlights include:
- Full-time, weekday leadership schedule
- Competitive base salary range of $167,553 – $209,441, based on experience
- Leadership incentive bonus up to 25%, tied to performance metrics

Qualified candidates typically bring:
- MSN and active RN licensure
- 5+ years of nursing leadership experience, including oncology service lines
- Strong operational, quality, and people leadership capabilities
- Oncology certification preferred; Nurse Executive Certification required within 3 years
