About

DREAM Venture Labs is a non-profit with a mission to educate and train the future U.S. workforce, driven by global talent. We bring highly talented global professionals to launch experiential learning opportunities for U.S. college and university students interested in STEM and business careers.

DREAM Venture Labs hires top talent from high-growth STEM and other companies as Fellows to work 5 hours per week for DREAM Venture Labs to create and lead industry projects with students from our partner universities. Fellows launch projects that provide students with real world, resume-building experiences that help them develop connections with potential employers. DREAM Venture Labs is focused on providing these experiences to students from underrepresented communities and building pathways to employment for those who need it most. All programs are completely free for students from our partner institutions.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a field that aligns with the role you will be performing in your Fellowship
The drive and availability to dedicate 5+ hours weekly to support the work of our education and research partners
Be an exceptional talent who meets the standards for Build Fellows who contribute to the mission of the DREAM Venture Labs Build Fellowship. This is determined by your educational and professional experience
Have a funder willing to support the costs of your fellowship
