We are actively seeking 50 Certified Oncology Data Specialists (CODS) or CTR’s (Certified Tumor Registrars) to join our expanding remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization committed to excellence in oncology data management and cancer registry operations.

With 50 open positions available, we’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic, fully remote environment, equipment provided.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (contract with potential for permanent placement)

Responsibilities

Abstract, code, and analyze oncology data in compliance with CoC, SEER, and/or NPCR standards
Ensure timely and accurate case entry and data submission
Maintain quality control and data integrity within cancer registry systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support cancer program accreditation and reporting requirements
Participate in audits, data validation, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Certification required:
Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) or Certified Oncology Data Specialist (ODS-C)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on oncology data abstraction experience
Strong knowledge of AJCC staging, ICD-O coding, and cancer registry software (e.g., Metriq, CNExT, OncoLog, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
