Position Overview
The QC/Lab Technician plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency that our customers trust. This position supports quality control for raw materials and finished goods, helps manage inventory accuracy, and contributes to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do
- Assist in testing and quality control of raw materials and finished product samples
- Work directly with the Quality Control Analyst to support daily lab and QC operations
- Maintain and manage physical raw inventory with accuracy and traceability
- Approve first-pass production batches before release
- Help train new team members on QC standards and procedures
- Perform weekly quality audits to ensure team consistency and compliance
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout production and packaging
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient production environment
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Science, or a related field
- OR equivalent hands-on experience in laboratory, chemical manufacturing, or quality control
- 1-2 years of lab or QC experience preferred
- Experience with titration, viscosity testing, pH meters, and general lab practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of lab safety and chemical handling
- Proficiency in basic math, measurements, and unit conversions
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, digital logs, and tracking tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-focused environment
