We’re a rapidly growing team that believes in collaboration, respect, and empathy — and we’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to help us continue changing lives in skilled nursing and assisted living communities across Florida.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Refer patients to psychiatric medication management when appropriate
- Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and facility staff through regular communication
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You’ll Need
- Active Florida LMHC or LMFT license (required)
- Ability to pass Level II background and drug panel screenings
- Three professional references (LMFT, PsyD, or PhD preferred)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Your Schedule
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Work performed on-site in nursing homes and assisted living facilities (not remote)
