We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to solve complex problems and articulate in detail technical solutions that enable the business to scale and drive efficiency in its AWS environment. The ideal candidate must be able to identify problems, provide solutions, and assist in implementation. You must be analytical, self-driven, ready to operate in a fast-paced environment, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Your contributions will enable health systems and clinical laboratories to deliver personalized medicine based on an individual’s genomic profile. Two years of minimum experience with AWS One year minimum experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes Programming experience using shell scripting is required. Programming skills in Python is desired. Infrastructure as Code approaches: Ansible and Cloudformation experience preferred Experience with MongoDB and Postgres is a plus Experience with system monitoring tools (we use Datadog, Sumologic, and CloudWatch) The candidate must have working knowledge in container and container management technologies.
