Role Summary
Performs routine and non-routine analysis on raw materials, finished products, intermediate, and waste streams. Works closely with other laboratory, R&D & production personnel to improve teamwork & business performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Performs analysis of incoming, in-process, and final product samples.
· Performs analysis of miscellaneous research and waste samples.
· Participate in special QC projects such as method development, optimization, and validation.
· Calibrates and maintain all analytical instruments.
· Perform sampling, labeling, and standard cGMP documentation of non-bulk containers.
· Processing of out-going samples (includes DOT training).
· Assist in troubleshooting of chemical processes as required.
· Provides analytic skills training to others.
· Maintain a safe work environment and compiles with JFC HSEQ policies.
· Develop a working knowledge of RCRA regulations.

Education/Experience Desired
Applicant must have a four year degree in Chemistry or related field, One to two years experience in laboratory or manufacturing environment desired. Working knowledge of basic chemistry & mathematics.
