Job Summary:
Responsible for managerial level program operations, site performance, direct reports, and technical (laboratory) administrative team support.
This role is focused on managerial program operations and supervisory activities. Strategic planning, hands-on execution, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. Balancing simultaneous projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are critical drivers to success.
This position will support projects related to overall operations efficiency and people management. This role is 100% onsite in Los Angeles, CA, and may require minimal travel to other CSI Reproductive Sites (<5%).
Daily managerial activities may include: donor program branch operations, regional branch outreach, lab collaboration, and fertility preservation on-site support.
To be successful in this role: leadership, empathy, and emotional intelligence are paramount in every consideration. Clear and thoughtful communication and the ability to build successful partnerships and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders is vital.

Experience:
Three to five years of administrative healthcare-related work experience required. Must include a direct supervisory/management position with at least two years of experience in a supervisor/management role in a healthcare/administrative setting.
Knowledge of the reproductive healthcare field is a plus.

Bachelor's degree required

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $99,333 - $141,907. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits
